Schneika brings 20 years of combined experience as an educator and real estate professional. In addition to serving The Academy, Schneika is also the broker of Premier Living Realty, LLC. The Academy allows Schneika to merge two passions, teaching and real estate, while confirming her commitment to being the servant-leader that she has been called to be.

Jamison K. Stokes
Jamison is a seasoned education leader and successful real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in school administration. As Co-Founder and Academic Director, he leverages his expertise to enhance educational programs while also excelling as a multi-million dollar producing REALTOR. His unique blend of skills in both education and real estate allows him to foster innovative learning environments and drive community engagement.

Megan Hall
Megan comes to The Academy with over 15 years of real estate experience. She serves in numerous leadership positions at the local, national and state levels. Holding a bachelor's degree in Business Management, students are sure to gain a wealth of knowledge from her real-world expertise.
